With his 40-year career, Richard Séguin has become an essential figure in the Quebec cultural landscape.

Richard Séguin’s passions mingle and feed off each other: writing songs for himself and for others, composing music and creating the Poetic Trail with the people of the village of Saint-Venant-de-Paquette, playing, engrave, draw, write, walk. His work has been rewarded many times at the ADISQ gala. Several of his songs are now SOCAN classics (Journée d’Amérique, Aux porte du matin, Double vie…).
