La Famille Denuy
Claude Meunier (Paul et Paul, Ding et Dong, La petite vie), aka Noël “Doyen” Denuy, is coming to a city near you with La Famille Denuy. Les Denuy invites you to their humorous musical cabaret, a sublime combination of delirious monologues and neo-western music, so pleasant! A quirky and surprising universe, as only Claude Meunier can imagine it so well.
Is this a comedy show? Is this a music show? Probably both! Rarely have we heard songs and monologues that are so beautiful, so funny and so western. We come out with a “ear-to-ear” smile.
Originally from Old Brunswick, La Famille Denuy offers evenings that are as magical as they are absurd! A refreshing dive into westerns and humor. A moment of pure happiness, embellished with funny interventions to cry… joy, masterful interpretations of C’est Noël, Bonjour Huguette and new songs that can already be described as the next great classics of Quebec song.
Noël Denuy (Claude Meunier) is surrounded by a great group of musicians, all brothers, fathers or cousins… difficult to say in the end: Jean-Juillet Denuy (Jean-Sébastien Chouinard), Doctor Denuy (Jocelyn Tellier), Gaugau Denuy (Gautier Marinof), Croco Denuy (Pierre Fortin) and Tournedos Denuy (Patrick Lavergne).
